A quick one, as I'm running late today...
- This was a pretty obvious choice, really, but Ehren Earlywine was named Big XII Softball Coach of the Year. Congrats to him...he's done a helluva job so far. In other softball news, yesterday's Big XII tourney game against Texas was rained out and will be played today at 11:30. Oh, and juniors Jen Bruck and Amanda Renth were named 1st Team All-Big XII. Junior Micaela Minner and freshman Julie Silver got 2nd team nods. And they're all underclassmen! Woohoo!
- Baseball begins its final home series of the year tonight against OU. I told my OU buddy last night that we'd really appreciate if they let us sweep, but they're playing for their postseason lives at the moment, so it'll probably be quite a battle.
