• New Rivals basketball rankings are out for the Class of 2008. Here are the rankings for some of Missouri's big-time recruits.

  * SG Andrew Steele (Birmingham, AL) - #50
  * C John Brandenburg (St. Louis, MO) - #63
  * PG Courtney Fortson (Montgomery, AL) - #64
  * SG Travis Releford (Shawnee Mission, KS) - #67
  * SG Scott Suggs (Augusta, MO) - #72
  * SG Matthew Humphrey (Chicago, IL) - #74
  * PF Will Brown (Dallas, TX) - #100
  
  Mike Anderson will have a ton of scholarships to work with, and I'm sure he'll bring in at least a couple of JUCO's as well, but it would very much behoove him to lock down at least 4 of the guys on the above it.
• Mizzou Swimming & Diving signed six women this week.
• It appears that Damien Nash's death was via natural causes. That was what was suspected, but now it's apparently been confirmed.
• And congrats to former Tiger Justin Smith for striking it rich.
